Appointment & Errands
Errand runs and appointments play a significant role in home care by ensuring that clients have access to essential resources, services, and support.
Each clients’ care plan outlines the specific errands and appointments that need to be addressed and the frequency of these tasks.
Medication Reminder
We provide medication reminder log sheets that will be used to list all daily medication.
A record time and signature of caregiver will be recorded as medication is taken to ensure your loved one stays on track with their care plan.
Logs will be examined regularly and kept up to date.
Daily Care Reports
We email daily care reports to families on a daily or weekly basis (your choice). We like to ensure families of their loved one’s safety, including any shifts in behavior or health.
Light Cleaning & Meal prep
We believe a clean environment + clean habits contributes to a happy and comfortable home. Our caregivers will preform light housekeeping chores, including your loved one’s laundry.
Healthy nutritional meals are valued, so we encourage your loved one to choose highly nutritional foods to be incorporated into their daily meal plan.
Our caregivers will prep all meals for your loved one in the way he/she prefers.
“ I love the way my caregiver is so respectful and attentive to me. I surely feel safe and happy with their services.”
